Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

No-shows may be required to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service.
